Bates #10 Celebrates Sweet 16

Wishing Josie Kellyn Bates a blessed 16th birthday!

    I think it's funny it says she is the only Bates with naturally curly hair. Don't think I've ever seen it curly. I'd call it a little wavy at the most. Maybe she straightens it??
