The week following Michael's wedding is difficult for Addee, Ellie, and Callie, who miss their oldest sister very much. “Watching Michaela get married and looking around at all the other girls who are quickly growing up, we decided to take a little date night, just for fun,” says Gil. The father of 19 takes his three youngest daughters out to eat at Rickard Ridge BBQ.

ReplyDeleteI think it is wonderful to see a father taking the time to make such special memories with his daughters. It also sets a powerful example for the daughters: being valued, treated with respect and love, will prompt them, in the future, to settle for nothing less than a man who treats them with that kind of respect.
