She is the one holding Callie in this snapshot from "15 Kids and an Empty Nest," as Michaela models her wedding dress.
She is also standing next to Kelly in this photo from last weeks episode, "Time to Reno-Bate!" watching as the girls repaint their bedroom.
So who is this "mystery girl"? The answer is quite simple: Her name is Courtney, and she is a family-friend who helps around the house.

She and Courtney in last weeks episode kinda got kicked out of the room when the Bates girls were decorating their room. The girl has like short blonde hair and is very pretty, can someone tell me who she is??????
