In honor of Kaci Bates' four-week milestone, Zach and Whitney Bates uploaded a slideshow of all the beautiful pictures that photographer Taryn Yager took as the "little Bates family" welcomed Kaci into the world.

Congratulations again to them. Those photos are so sweet. Kelly looked so happy in the photo where she is holding Kaci with Gil, and Lawson looked so sweet holding his niece. (Also, that picture near the end with Bradley and his hands in the air-- adorable.) Thanks for sharing this slideshow with us, Ellie and Lily!

It's refreshing to see the Bates use wisdom and have hospital deliveries.
ReplyDeleteThere's nothing wrong with birthing centers either. That's what Alyssa did.
DeleteIf a mom is healthy there is nothing wrong with a home birth either. There can be more wisdom in a home birth in many situations. There is a time and place for hospital births but a mom who is healthy and has a midwife approved home birth should not think they are "unwise".

You guys are great! I feel at home when I watch the show. I loved the episode when y'all went to Nashville shopping for a webbing dress. Y'all are like the bigger the family the more to love. I wish people could understand how special life is when you give your life to the Lord.
