We noticed a few comments on our "Bates Grandbaby Photo Shoot"post from folks who say they have never seen Allie Jane Webster smile. She's definitely a very serious little girl, but she also has a beautiful smile. Here are a few snapshots from earlier this year...

ReplyDeleteAllie is an absolute Angel and she smiles just like her mama! Nothing wrong with being serious,every little person has their own character traits and that's what makes the world go round! My granddaughter is very reserved while her little brother, my grandson, is very much a talker and more into hugs and physical contact.

ReplyDeleteShe's a beautiful baby girl. I have a daughter ( grown now) who was born with a more serious personality. People criitized her as young as Allie Jane too. So cruel. I will never understand why a "bubbly" baby was seen as preferable. Allie Jane is her own little lady and I hope people on here will stop with unnecessary hurtful comments.

ReplyDeleteAllie Jane Webster is an absolutely beautiful child and now that her hair is getting longer she is looking like a little girl already! I think she is just very smart and always trying to figure things out! It will be fun to see what the new baby looks like as well.

I don't see why people get so hung up about Allie Jane not smiling. Some toddlers smile a lot and some don't. And maybe she doesn't enjoy having a camera in her face
