Deleted Scene: Chattanooga Getaway

In this deleted scene from last Thursday's episode of Bringing Up Bates, Erin Paine finalizes the details for Kelly Bates' 50th birthday celebration. The entire family (including the Websters and Keilens) is headed to a cabin in Chattanooga to honor the Bates matriarch. Have you ever been to Chattanooga?

  2. They already live in a big cabin in the woods in Tennessee. Can't figure out how going an hour down the road is special?

    1. The rental cabin is likely a tad more luxurious than their own home. Also, there is probably more room to accommodate the whole family, including the in-laws and grandkids. You don't have to travel far from home to have a memorable time.

    5. The cabin actually looks like it is just outside of Cha in a place called Dunlap. Not for sure. I would love to know where the cabin is for sure too. Plus they visited some places I have never been. I have lived here for almost 9 years.

  8. HI Lily and Ellie, I have a question for you. In the first episode of the new season, the girl Courtney was seen again. Who was the other girl with her and do they live with the Bates? They are in most of the episodes and if they are assisting Kelly with school, they sure do keep long hours. Thanks

  12. How can the young married afford to travel so often? Doesn't add up to me. Airfare isn't cheap. They don't always drive. Also, how can the husbands keep taking time off from work?

    1. Simple. TV show = $$$$$$$

    2. They don't do a reality show for free!

    3. Reality tv pays good. :) This isn't badly meant, it's just that you should take into consideration that they don't just have their "normal" jobs, they also have their tv gig. Sometimes they travel for or to Up tv, and in this case I guess the rip is paid by Up.
And in general you can see that Chad doesn't always travel with them, just as Whitney and Zach, and I guess that is because of their job obligations... Nathan works for his dad, so I guess that if it's for a family trip he's excused, and Lawson, well... While he's pursuing his musical career he can manage his time freely, I imagine.
