"I don't think we have ever washed a car."
-Trace Bates
The Bates may have a fleet of cars, vans, trucks, and heavy machinery, but surprisingly, they have never washed any of their many vehicles. This Thursday on Bringing Up Bates, police officer Zach Bates gives his family a crash course just in time for a car-wash fundraiser. And if you predicted a Bates-sized water fight, you're right on!

Are they serious that they have never washed a car? Do they clean at all? I am from a family of six and we counted cleaning the cars as a regular chore. My siblings and I would take turns helping mom or dad wash the two family cars and clean up the inside also. I can't believe so many of these children don't know the basic life skills such as cooking or cleaning. I love the Bates, but It seems that they are more concerned with marriage and babies rather than working on simple skills like cooking and cleaning. I can't imagine never having cleaned your car! I wouldn't make it if I never did mine...
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone really need instructions on how to wash a car? It isn't rocket science.
