Kaci Lynn Bates is almost 16 months old! The "little Bates family" is busy these days, with two little toddlers and Whitney's new job, but they love spending time together. Here are a few new snapshots so you can see how much Kaci and Bradley have grown.

DeleteWhy does a baby need an irritating zipper at her ankle? It probably rubs against her baby skin. This is such an inappropriate way to dress a toddler girl. How can she stomp in puddles in those silver slippers? How can she run and play? She needs strong, sturdy shoes to support her feet.
DeleteWow! I thought the nit pickers were on the Duggars blog... maybe she's just wearing thoes clothes for the pictures. And if they were bothering her I'm sure she would be crabby and grabbing at her ankles or feet! She's fine!

Delete1:30, if you would look closely at the picture, you would see that there is a strip of jean keeping the zipper from touching her skin, the zipper is just a decoration. As for her shoes, my little has some like that, and they do have treads on the bottom, and are very easy to run in. Just because they're cute doesn't mean they aren't functional.

DeleteThere's s time and place for everything. She's not going to stomp in puddles or run around in the mud all the time. They may be going out as a family or playing in the house today. Lighten up a little and see how cute these pics are. No need to nitpick.
DeleteJane- I don't know about you, but when I was a child I had clothes for play and clothes for other things. Whitney seems like a very good mother. Not to worry!
