Now that Tori Bates and Bobby Smith are engaged, it's time to choose a wedding date. They invite Gil and Kelly Bates out for a meal and nervously ask for their blessing to tie the knot in December, rather than waiting until after Tori's graduation in May 2018.
Later, Kelly pulls out her extensive wedding planning list, and she and Erin Paine explain all the things that need to be done in order to say 'I do.' The newly engaged couple is a bit overwhelmed.
Finding a dress is one of the first items on the agenda. Kelly and Tori drive up to Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, to meet with Renee Miller, a dress designer who has made wedding dresses for Jinger Duggar Vuolo, Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth, and Kendra Caldwell Duggar.
And Nathan Bates hosts his annual, guys-only lake party.

I enjoyed learning about Nathan's guys only weekend. I don't know any males in my circle that would participate in a weekend like that with its spiritual components and no alcohol! I wish that wasn't true in the main stream world because Nathan's weekend looked like lots of fun and strengthening!

DeleteTori doesn't appear to care about the marriage ceremony and whom play important parts; as she is to just getting married fast!
ReplyDeleteGil agreed to marrying as soon as you know that person is THE one! My question is HOW are they certain THE one they've only known with others around them is, indeed, THE one? Gil and Kelly dated without chaperones, after all!
It would be nice if they could have just said, "our friends the Duggars used Miss Renee" instead of the vague "some friends," especially since we know who those friends are.
