Which Bates is the Nicest?


The littlest Bates kids sure are full of personality, and it seems like they always have something to say. In this clip, the youngins take part in another round of Name That Bates Junior, as they share which family member they think is the nicest and which person they most enjoy talking with.

    I’ll play along. Which Bates is the meanest, most gossipy, greedy, insecure, fame obsessed? This is fun to purposefully cause hurt feelings and division in a family😳

    This is off-topic, I know, but I was just looking at the header, and Judson looks just like Lawson, Addee like Tori, and Isaiah like Trace!

      you're absolutely right about addee! i used to think she looked a lot like michaela but as she's gotten older, she does look more like tori ( and a wee bit of carlin, lol) honestly, addee & ellie confuse me so much with their growing up so fast! i think i'm looking at one and it's the other!

    I fail to see how this is in any way appropriate. Intentionally causing hurt feelings among siblings, which this line of questioning invariably will, just isn’t cool.

    Addallee is always thinking of others, and is so sweet. But I also think the mom is very nice too! I mean, she gave birth to all 19 kids!

    I am with them, its between Gil and Michael for sure! At least among the older family members. I am not touching who is the nicest amongst the younger ones, I don't want to hurt feelings, but if I mentioned the name, I am sure everyone would agree.

    They didn't ask who was the meanest, worst to talk to, etc. No negative questions. All they said was who is the nicest. Notice most of the answers were actually older siblings. I doubt anyone is gonna get their feelings hurt by such an innocent question. Geez

      9:06. It’s not an innocent question. How would you feel to be the one left out? Or...the one mentioned over and over. It’s leads to hurt and pride. Do you introduce your siblings or children as “this is so-and-so my nicest child/sibling or this is so-and-so my smartest child/sibling or this is so-and-so my most beautiful child/sibling”. I doubt it. Why? Because it by it’s very comparative nature hurts feelings.

    Nathan, is the sweetest guy ever. He is so nice and considerate of others. Mind you he does have a very competitive streak but it is all in good fun. He seems like the kind of guy who is always just a phone call away, if a hand is needed.

    Definitely NOT Tori! I saw the rerun of her bridal shower and was utterly ashamed of her behavior! She is an adult ready to lead and be observed in a classroom, she is on a television show and has never been at a loss for words in any other setting. To not be able to look her guest in the eyes and engage them and thank them was disgusting!

    I think Lawson is the whimppiest, as he doesn’t handle the smallest amount of pain well...jumping into the lake, PREPARING to have his wisdom teeth out...hadn’t even had a needle & he was a wimp...sorry Lawson, buck up
