"I've never been out of 'Merica, so I don't know."
-Zach Bates
In a new segment of Bates Around the World, Zach Bates, Whitney Bates, Nathan Bates, Lawson Bates, Gil Bates, Kelly Bates, Tori Smith, and Bobby Smith sample baby food from yet another country. And this one doesn't taste too bad...

I love this blog and the show - but these taste testing clips are beyond ridiculous. Not funny, pointless. I wish they’d show clips based on family moments, interviews and updates. Tasting baby food from around the world? Please stop.
ReplyDelete100% Agree!
DeleteThese are so awesome!! Really shows their fun personalities!
ReplyDeleteEllie and Bates family,
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for sharing your lives with us and for each and every day displaying how to have not only a good relationship with your family, but also a good relationship with the Lord! I am encouraged and drawn back to God every time I visit this blog! Thank you so much again and may the Lord bless you!
Atleast most tried it. Just looks like the squeezy pouches here in uSA
ReplyDeleteI love these clips! These are funny. It is so good to watch the family in different situations and see their reactions. These segments are cute :)
ReplyDeleteI was brought if you can't be nice to someone keep your mouth shut. This whole is full of hate and negative comments and people.
ReplyDeleteI'm not aiming that just to you but just people in general. This world ALOT of prayer!
How did Tori guess Turkey????? What a guess!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI agree that having this family sample foods from other countries is a bad idea. They are disrespectful and insulting most of the time. They have a very limited exposure to foods and this is not flattering to them. Please quit this.
ReplyDeleteI agree. They are just going to make Americans look bad, when most of us would never act like that.
DeleteYeah, but I highly doubt that people in the other countries would make faces and rude comments in such a public manner. Most of the Americans I know would not act that way either. The Bateses are just a little too rough around the edges for my taste.
DeleteThen change the channel or turn the tv off! It's actually pretty simple.
DeleteSome people enjoy watching these clips. Please, just don't watch them if they dont interest you.
ReplyDeleteIs he joking when he says he has never been "outside of Merica"? That's a little sad.
ReplyDeleteWhat's sad about never being outside of your home country? I've only been to Canada and that's mostly because I live in a border town.
DeleteI love the taste testing. Hilarious!!
DeleteI enjoy these food segments. Keep it up please!
DeleteThe bates really know how to keep it light and have a good time. Some people just dont get that.
DeleteIt’s not ever being out of our country that’s sad; it’s Zach saying “‘merica” instead of “America” that’s sad!
DeleteSome of us just haven't had a good chance to travel outside 'Merica! Saying it's "sad" really comes across as condescending. There are a lot of other legitimate things to be sad about!
DeleteSure he is kidding saying "Merica". I am not sure if he had been out of America. I am 74 and have never been out of the country. Have no need or desire to do so. It is not sad. Thank God I was born in the USA.
DeleteI've only been to Canada and not by far, bc I am also close to border. And 6:02, I fully agree with everything you said!
DeleteI agree with you that the tasting clips are pointless and ridiculous. I, too, would much prefer to see family moments and updates.
ReplyDeleteSo don't watch. Turn tv off and read the Bible.
DeleteApparently these negative people missed the day their teacher/parent taught the phrase " if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all". It is shocking to see how many people try to put down the bates and duggars. They are true servants of Christ and are examples to every one of us. I look up to them.
