The wait is almost over! Season eight of Bringing Up Bates premieres tonight at 9pm ET/8pm CT on UPtv. Watch the sneak peek clip below, and visit our post from yesterday to see promotional photos. You'll also find an extended preview of the episode inside a post released last Friday.

When the show ends this evening, we will have a written recap up on the blog, so be sure to come back for that.

  1. Does Whitney have any biological siblings? When she was first introduced to us fans years ago, she was introduced as adopted, and had 11 siblings. Were those 11 siblings part of her adoptive family only? Is she an only child in her biological family? Or perhaps she's the only sibling that has reunited with the biological parents?

  3. I have also always wondered about whether Whitney had any biological siblings. I thought she had mentioned a sister early on but now I am wondering as we haven't heard anything since. Does anyone know? Thanks.

  5. Whitney looked absolutely gorgeous in her wedding dress! She's beautiful inside and out. Zach is one lucky man.

  6. As much as I really like Josie, traveling to NYC for a wedding dress? The only reason this family is on TV is because they have 19 kids. That's it!! If if weren't for the show- these girls would not be having custom made dresses and "Say Yes to the Dress" trips. Michael would be making the wedding dresses (being the sweet girl as she is) and they'd be having cake in the Church basement!.

    1. I think it's great that now they have the opportunity to do things they couldn't otherwise. Why not be happy for them that they can afford something nicer now?
