What do Lawson's vocal exercises sound like? According to Nathan, "like you're watching an episode of 'Cops.'" In this short clip, the Bates perform their best imitations.
Cops? Do they watch TV? If they did, I would think that Cops is a show they would NOT watch as it would be quite defrauding to them. After statements like this, the Bates family really need to clarify what their TV beliefs are now. I am surprised that they have not given an update on all of their previously publicized restrictions and how or if they have changed. Married ones included.
4:30- Perhaps you shouldn't take a reality TV show family too seriously. The Bates are appealing in many aspects and seem like good people, but I take what they say about their legalistic and religious convictions with a grain of salt. People change and younger generations don't always fit into the mold of their parents.

For instance this program comes on uptv, a network that doesn’t just have Christian family programming, they have Gilmore Girls and Legally Blonde. If you are so shaken by how they’ve evolved you always have permission to stop watching.
MO- I seldom see the younger kids anymore. I'm so "Carlined" out and her wedding prep has just started. I guess the old saying that the squeaky wheel gets the grease applies here. Not everybody thinks she's funny. But she's in almost every commentary / clip. :o(
7.51 To my memory recently most clips and snippets have been about Josie - her wedding, honeymoon, newly pregnant... As Carlin and Josie are next to each other in birth order they will show them both though. Whether anyone thinks Carlin' funny or not she certainly brings joy to the atmosphere - let her enjoy these days of young love.
