    MO- I was surprised by the way Trace and Chaney met. I thought for sure they met at school and Chaney was living in the area. This will be a long distance relationship since she's from Texas. I wonder if Trace will look for a job in Texas like Bobby Smith did in Knoxville to be closer to his "Special Friend" ? :o)

    Could someone clue me in because I don’t watch TV BUT, Cheney lives in Texas and Trace brought her to the party without notice? How did this transpire? He didn’t just drive to Texas and pick her up for a date! And do the Bates young people not have chaperones the way they did in the beginning? Wow! Things have changed. Thank you!

      MO- Good point! I was informed by someone on this site that Trace and Chaney are officially courting now. I don't live in Knoxville so I have no way of knowing if that information is correct or not... But the clip on this site (I missed the show last week) makes it look like they just arrived together without a chaperone... :o)

      I don't think Trace actually has a job yet, unless he has take over Gil's tree service, which isn't an everyday job. Maybe he is doing the job at the recycling plant that Chad passed down to Bobby, who also left. I don't think any of the boys are earning enough to support a family. And unlike the Duggar boys, they don't all seem to work for their dad. So it probably will be a while before they announce anything.....if there is anything to announce.

      I thought a while back there was a pic of Zach, Trace and Nathan all with guns on their hips. Maybe trace a deputy sheriff now?

      Kathy, Trace is a policeman (like zach), which was "announced" in a video a few months ago.
