Love this couple! Just ordered one for my grandson!
ReplyDeleteBook is $3.99 on Amazon
ReplyDelete2:21PM: That's for the Kindle Edition. It's around $10 if you want the paperback edition on Amazon.
DeleteYou mean 9.95. I could not find it anywhere for the price you’re quoting but I found it for almost $10.
DeleteIs this a religious book? Please give some details.
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone have comments who has actually read it? I like Michael and Brandon, but I’m curios if his book is actually any good
ReplyDeleteResponse to 6:02 AM. MO- A very fair question! I know that another person on this site posted that the book publication was paid for by the writer. She said that it's usually done the other way around- a publishing company will pay the author for the printing rights. I was wondering if he tried to find a publishing company that would pay him without any luck. I don't think we'll never know. I haven't heard if the book is good or not. Maybe someone who's read it will critique it for us. :o)
DeleteActually, more and more are self-publishing.
DeleteI believe that is the Kindle price.
ReplyDelete@6:02..... if you go on book sites on line, some have the first 6 or so pages of this book that you can read. I did that today and was hooked on the story. So now I am waiting for it to be delivered so I can read it before I wrap it up for my grandson’s Christmas gift. I hope there will be a sequel. I’m not related to the Keileins or the Bates. But love the show and this family... and this blog.
ReplyDeleteMy kids ages 9 & 12 (boy & girl) have both read it and loved it. They want them to make another one!
ReplyDeleteI read the first 6 to 8 pages on line before I ordered the book. If the rest of the story is that good, I think it will be a big seller. In my opinion, Brandon has shown an unusual talent for the use of pacing, symbolism and intrigue in his work. As an aside...I think the book may be delivered today and I plan to read it
ReplyDeletebefore I wrap it up for a gift, it was that good. I’m 73 and a retired teacher. I do not know the Keilens or the Bates family.
Does anyone know if the winners are posted anywhere?
