Meet Maci Jo Webster

Maci Jo Webster has arrived! Her due date was February 17th, and she was born this morning, February 9th, at 6am. She weighed 6 lbs 3 oz and measured 18 inches long. Both Alyssa and Maci are doing well. This was Alyssa's first hospital birth after delivering her three older girls at a birthing center.

  3. It's so distasteful that this baby is not a day old and they've sold her story to People magazine.

FIRST OFF THEY DID NOT SELL THEIR
BABY GIRL TO PEOPLE MAGAZINE. PEOPLE
MAGAZINE CONTACT THEM. HOW DARE U
SAY ITS DISTASTEFUL. A LOT OF FAMOUS
COUPLES DID STORIES FOR THEIR NEWBORN
BABIES. HOW DARE U SAY ITS DISTASTEFUL.
U SURE SOUND MEAN SAYING THAT.

    3. She's their baby and they can do whatever they want. Sharing her name a birthday does not hurt her in any way.

    6. @10:59 People magazine pays for articles about celebrities. You can think whatever you'd like about it, but it isn't something that everyone finds acceptable when it involves stories about minor children. It isn't mean for saying so, either.

    7. 10:59 am please don't yell (all caps). The article said they sold the story, not the baby. Also, everyone is entitled to their own opinion whether it agrees with anyone else's or not.

  4. Oh she's so pretty. She looks like her big sisters as newborn babies. Didn't know until now that Alyssa chose to do a hospital birth this time. Did she do a hospital birth with a doctor delivering this time because of her recent history with heart issues and wanted to be safe just in case there was any birth complications with her or the baby? Or did she want to try the hospital birth experience just to know what it was like since her sisters and sister in-law have done hospital births? Did she explain this on an episode of her vlog that I didn't watch of her choice to do a hospital birth this time? If anyone knows, please comment on my post. Thanks. And again congratulations to the Webster family. Haley P. from Colorado

    2. She said it was so that they'd be able to more closely monitor her heart during labor :)

    1. This is ridiculous. Neddy has been posting in caps for ages. No one has found it intimidating or felt a need to comment until now. You may not know this but Neddy has a disability and should be welcomed to post however she/he can in this community.

    2. Yes, second what Faith said. Let Neddy be herself.

    2. Blame it on auto-correct correct. Mine wants to change it Allie too (or sometimes Allie to Ellie) but I try to catch it before I hit the Publish button.

  16. I'm so glad she went to the hospital instead of the birthing center. With her heart situation, she couldn't take a risk that she'd need treatment that she couldn't get. Happily, all went well.
