One 2021 wedding down, and one more to go! After Nathan and Esther's wedding in Pennsylvania, a number of the Bates drove over to New Jersey to celebrate bride-to-be Katie. Katie had a wedding shower in Tennessee earlier this month, but this was an opportunity to celebrate with her future in-laws, as well as her mom and most of her sisters.

ReplyDeleteThe Bates family must be exhausted!!! To piggy back a shower immediately following a wedding seems like a lot for all involved ( I get that both were in the general vacinity of each other and they were not hosting the shower).

ReplyDeleteI love that she is going back to her natural hair color. She said she was growing it back out. Maybe she had to dye it for awhile until the darker hair grows. She is beautiful with her brown hair.

ReplyDeleteGuessing because this shower was hosted by the future in-laws that they decided not to attend. (that is a lot of travel!) They were in attendance at the one the Bates held. It is not necessary to attend every single wedding shower.
