It is with heavy hearts that we share this news. Seven years after its premiere, Bringing Up Bates has been canceled. In its statement, UPtv shared that it is will be shifting its focus to movies and a new scripted series that has not yet been revealed. You can read the network's statement, as well as quotes from Gil and Kelly Bates, in an article on the Us Weekly website.

Noooo!! I was so looking forward to the upcoming season 11.
ReplyDeleteI am soooo disappointed as your show was an encouraging highlight for my week. I pray that the Lord will bless all of you with good health, happiness and prosperity in the future.
ReplyDeleteBIG MISTAKE--- one of the best family shows on TV!
ReplyDeleteI agree! At 8:23. I am personally not watching another show on UP tv . Nor will I be purchasing another years worth of their subscription.
Delete
ReplyDeleteIt should go to insp. channel. I loved this show but Suddenlink moved for more money.
I'm very disappointed to hear this news 😔. I really enjoyed watching the show over the past several years. Thank you for keeping us updated on this blog!
ReplyDeletePlease don't stop this show ! I'll stop watching UPTV! Shame on you !😥😥😥😥😥😥😥
ReplyDeleteThat is the best show on all of tv.i am just sick....
ReplyDeleteThis makes me so sad! I looked forward to every new season and was looking forward to the new season. I hope another channel picks them up.
ReplyDeleteI am very upset. I love your show. Finally, there was a uplifting show and I adored it. I will not be watching that network anymore. Keep well and safe and hopefully we will be seeing you again in the near future. Sincerely, Janice
ReplyDeleteUptv is making a mistake. This is sad news for me and my family.
ReplyDeleteThis is so upsetting. I will be cancelling my subscription to UPTV immediately! I am very sad!
ReplyDeleteMaybe another network can pick it up, if that is legal.
ReplyDeleteHope it had nothing to do with their IBLP relationship and the Duggar’s/ Josh.
I think it has more to do with the video carlin posted to her insta stories
Deletereach out to chip and johanna gaines magnolia network would be a great fit.
ReplyDeleteGAC Family and INSP might make a great fit too. Their both family oriented and Christian based too.
DeleteMagnolia Network is replacing DIY [Do It Yourself] network. It’s run by Discovery networks. Their family of 19 children, half of whom are adults, would not fit under Magnolia Network.
DeleteThat is a shame. I was hoping to have at least the Bates now that the Duggars aren't on TV anymore. Well, I wish them the best. I will miss them on TV.
ReplyDeleteI have already tried to contact UPTv to let them know that I am DONE with them. This was my favorite show. I am so disappointed
ReplyDeleteGirl they don’t care
DeleteI have already tried to contact UPTv to let them know that I am DONE with them. This was my favorite show. I am so disappointed
ReplyDeleteI have already tried to contact UPTv to let them know that I am DONE with them. This was my favorite show. I am so disappointed
ReplyDeleteMe too, every one needs to tell them how we feel!
DeleteGo to UPtv.com and go down to the bottom where it says contact us. I just did that and left them a message. I have a feeling if everyone did this they would re-think about cancelling the show.
DeleteNooooo! This can’t happen!!! I am totally heartbroken !
ReplyDeleteWill they still be on the uptv app?
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear this
ReplyDeleteThis makes me really sad….. I was really looking forward to the new season. I’m hoping the Bates will get another show sometime. 🤍
ReplyDeleteI am sooo disappointed! I ❤️ watching the Bates, such a great family! Praying that another network picks up the show. God bless!!!❤️❤️❤️
ReplyDeleteSo what happens to all the stuff they recorded for season 11?? Why cancel right before they air???
ReplyDeleteThat's the big question 9:07. A season in the can and they pull the plug. Must have been some very good reason, huh.
DeleteA scandal? There is a reason for this
DeleteI can understand moving more towards original movies and scripted shows. But what I do not get is not showing the already filmed next season. The Bates family deserve better from UPtv. At the very least give them a proper sendoff. I will not be watching their programming anymore. Come Bates fans lets show the family our support by making our feelings known to UPtv.
ReplyDeleteyahoo!!!
ReplyDeleteWell, so is my UP TV! I paid extra to have UP to get the Bates Family show! GOOD BYE UP!
ReplyDeleteCan’t another network pick it up like Netflix
ReplyDeleteVery disappointing.
ReplyDeleteI hate that this series is cancelled! This is a wonderful family and a great show!! Great family show! So sad and angry
ReplyDeleteIt's about time. The megafamilies with questionable social, work, and religious ties should not have been given TV platforms in the first place.
ReplyDeleteWell said!
DeleteI think this may be what happened. People just don't buy it anymore.
DeleteI'm so sad to hear this. I love the Bates family and their Christian principles.
ReplyDeleteUptv stinks!!!!! Please let another decent network pick this show up!!!
ReplyDeleteShame on you UPtv. This is a great show!!! I will no longer tune into your channel!!!!
ReplyDeleteIt happens . Sure people will be hysterical its canceled. Life will go on. Time to have a life of there own and make money on there won not off being on TV.
ReplyDeleteThey do make money on their own, Gil has a tree business in which he employs many of his sons, why give job to others when can give to family,Trace is a police officer,Michael will be a nurse, Whitney a real estate agent, Josie and Katie beauticians and hairdressers, Chad has a construction business, some of them share an online clothing store, they are doing very well indeed, so what's wrong with earning a little extra money, which they share by the way, to put aside for your childrens future, would you turn down an opportunity to earn extra money from a show, probably not!
DeleteMaybe they'll do what TLC did with 19KAC and Counting On. Cancel this show but bring it right back rebranded as "Brought Up Bates."
ReplyDeleteThey don't want to take risks with family like this.
DeleteNo,they won't because 19 kids was canceled because of a scandal and they used another name and family members because the show was doing well and they wanted tlc wanted to continue earning by fooling their sponsors that would allow them a show with a different name, while bub has been canceled to make way for other programs as it must have been one of the shows on the network with the least profit.
DeleteNO! Now we will never see season 11. And else they put it on YouTube.
ReplyDeleteOh this is so sad. I really enjoyed the Bates. I'm so sorry not to see them again.
ReplyDeleteSo sad about this. My children (14,12) looked forward to every season. We feel as though we know you all watching since the beginning. Loved we both stand in our Christian Faith!
ReplyDeleteBring them back.
ReplyDeleteNOOOOOO!!!!!! I am so sad! I loved watching the Bates. I can’t believe that the network is removing a warm and real family and replacing them with a scripted show.
ReplyDeleteHeartbroken. I really enjoyed following your amazing family. I wish you all well in your future endeavors.
ReplyDeleteI think I may have to boycott up tv this so sad. I was looking forward to new episodes. Someone start a petition please.
ReplyDeleteWWJD?
DeleteWe all need to let UP TV know here we feel.
DeleteUPTv made the right decision based on the George Floyd video.
DeleteTime to boycott UPTV and overwhelm their phones and let them know how unhappy you are
ReplyDeleteYES!!!
DeleteThere are other things much more important to make phone calls about or to boycott than taking a TV show off the air.
DeleteVery upsetting😢
ReplyDeleteI can't understand why UPtv would film Season 11, and then cancel the show days before its premiere. Such a waste. Make a decision AFTER this season!
You never know when a job or an opportunity will end. You always have to be prepared for surprises, I guess.
This makes me so sad.
ReplyDeleteThis makes me very sad. I paid extra to get UP TV so I could watch the Bates. You need to bring the back. This is one of the few shows worth watching these days.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree! Make sure you cancel you up tv, up needs to feel this!
DeleteUhhh WHAAAAAT?
ReplyDeleteWhat happened???? They were set to air the premiere February 10th!! That means the season was filmed and ready to go....
ReplyDeleteThe Duggars were pulled off the air quickly like that. Makes you wonder.
DeleteSo disappointed. It was my favorite TV show. Such an uplifting family. Always put a smile on my face after watching an episode. Will miss them. Happy some of the kids have YouTube channels. I do enjoy watching those. Not much good on TV these days.
ReplyDeleteWow!! What a huge mistake. Loved your show. Hopefully, you’ll be picked up by another network. Please continue to live your Best Life.
ReplyDeleteGoing to call the TV station tomorrow. Will not watch up TV anymore because I just don’t think that was right. They were so popular. It’s got to be something more than this and it’s very discouraging. May God bless their family!
ReplyDeleteNO, NO, NO!!! What is UP TV thinking??? The Duggars gone, and now the Bates? About the only wholesome shows left on TV! Anyone else find this a bit odd?
ReplyDeleteI am so upset!! I’ve followed them since the first day! I was looking forward to seeing the latest weddings! This was my favorite program. I can’t believe it!
ReplyDeleteI think that it will be better for their family to not have a show.
ReplyDeleteIf you had told me that the sky was grass green today so I checked and it was, I couldn’t have been more shocked. I know BUB was UP TV’s most highly watched show. They pretty much had to have Season 11 wrapped up to air Feb 10th. With 2 weddings, an overseas engagement, a miracle baby, and Carlin’s pregnancy, this was going to be a big season. I know it is one I was looking forward to. At this point, we can only guess as to why it was cancelled. There are plenty of sites where there is speculation, but even looking at a few of those reasons, I think they could have handled some of them apologetically, and at least showed us Season 11. I am going to miss the show terribly. I don’t agree with their religious connections to IBLP or ATI. But, in this country, they have the right to their beliefs.
ReplyDeleteBut not the right to a huge public platform to recruit. Good riddance.
DeleteThis cancellation's timing is quite strange. The new season was advertised here; I would think only after the 'ok' from the network.....then cancellation. Something is up here. On another note, now that they have lost this "incredible income" from the show, how are they going to continue to support themselves and their pedicures and lattes?
ReplyDeleteAnd all the clothes and shoes...
DeleteOh my! You can't have pedicures and lattes from a regular wage from a tree business, real estate work, hairdressing work, nursing job, construction business, clothing store business, I guess you need a TV show to survive then, how did I ever manage to pay for my lattes, pedicures and much more without a TV show, lol!
DeleteI’m not an influencer. But others have explained that many of the Bates children - Alyssa, Carlin, Josie, and Lawson do very well making money on YouTube. Erin and Michael have businesses on line, as do Carlin and Whitney with Bates’ Sisters Boutique. And all of the husbands have jobs, some of them making good money. I think the Bates understand how to support themselves.
DeleteI was really looking forward to the new season of Bringing Up Bates next month. I really loved watching the show on the Up channel. A huge disappointment.
ReplyDeleteNo way. I really really enjoyed this show
ReplyDeleteI was very upset to learn that Bringing Up Bates has been cancelled. I have really loved following this family through the years. I even went to the Up station's website and let them know that I was disappointed about the cancellation and asked them to reconsider. Maybe if enough fans will do that they will change their mind.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear this! We have enjoyed your show! Good luck to you all!
ReplyDelete:( I’m sad to hear it’s been cancelled as I really enjoyed the show and am thankful for the episodes we did get. Im also thankful for the many YouTube channels their children have so we can still have some wholesome entertainment:)
ReplyDeleteI am sorry to hear that. I have loved watching a God lead wonderful family live there life.Thank you Bates family for letting us see part of your lives, it encouraged the rest of us.
ReplyDeleteThis is such sad news. My family loved sitting down together to watch the Bates family. Wishing the family all the best as God closes this chapter and they begin a new one! God Bless!
ReplyDeleteUPTV filmed two weddings and the activities for the past year and decided to cancel? That seems strange. Why not air the season and then say we are not returning after this season? UPTV just announced that the new season would begin on Feb. 10. It's very clear something happen for them to cancel the show.
ReplyDeleteI bet it’s because of Carlin’s George Floyd video.
ReplyDeleteCould be, but what took UP so long to realize?
DeleteDo you know why UP TV has chosen to cancel Bringing UP Bates? Could you please elaborate on this?
ReplyDeleteThere have been so many scandals involving mega-TV families in recent years and UpTv may have decided that ship has sailed... time to move on. The upcoming Amazon series about IBLP may also have something to do with it. The Bates are a part of that and Gil is still on the board of directors.
DeleteI came here to check for an update on baby Finley but instead was shocked to read this extremely disappointing news, especially since it had just been announced Bringing Up Bates would return next month! I love the Bates family and was really looking forward to seeing everything that has happened since they were on break. It was the only show that I watch on a regular basis and something that I truly looked forward to each week. After so many years they feel like "family" to their viewers. They have been an inspiration to many people over the years and it's been a joy and delight to share in their lives. I pray another network will pick them up, but sadly for me I have no reason to tune into UPTV any longer. I hope you will continue to post about the special events in their lives on this blog. Love & blessings to all the Bates!
ReplyDeleteBringing Up Bates was my only reason to watch that channel. So long UP TV.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to see this cancelation. Its the only thing I watch on UPTV.
ReplyDeletePlease reconsider your decision to cancel this show. A tv show where a family puts God and Family first is what many of us want and need to be watching during all these crazy changes our world is going through right now.
ReplyDeleteAmazon has a docu-series in the works about the controversial IBLP organization and the TV families who have an association with them, the Duggars and Bates included. Gil is on the board of directors. Perhaps UpTv did not want to have anything remotely tied to this.
DeleteIt makes sense. They are doing their own channels anyway.
ReplyDeleteWHHYYY
ReplyDeleteThey've become a liability, like the Duggars.
DeleteAh, well, no show lasts forever. It's been great to have a clean show to watch.
ReplyDeleteOh this is such sad news, I look forward to seeing The Bates each season! Will the show continue on another channel?
ReplyDeleteEllie, thank you for letting us know!
Blessings
What? That's so sad!
ReplyDeleteWas so looking forward to the next season. Very sad to hear of the cancellation 😔
ReplyDeleteI am so dissapointed I want to cry. This is the only show I watched over and over and looked forward to each new show. Sad:(
ReplyDeleteI'll miss you all alot and congratulations to Erin and Chad on their new arrival
ReplyDeleteOh no! This makes me so sad! Do you know if they'll get picked up by another network? Honestly, they're the only thing I watch on UPtv.
ReplyDeleteUptv you are toast. this was the only reason anyone had this channel.
ReplyDeleteSad news for Bates fans. Will they go ahead and air season 11 as previously announced?
ReplyDeleteThat's a bummer. So if UPtv is changing its focus to movies and some scripted series, I wonder if they will no longer carry my favorite show Heartland. I will be very unhappy if that's the case.
ReplyDeleteNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. 💔💔💔
ReplyDeleteGood choice, in light of recent scandals.
ReplyDeleteStrange, you’d think they would just air what they had planned and then cancel after that. And a new scripted family show that hasn’t been revealed? Why the mystery? Could it be the Bates have been recruited as actors in this new show? They have such a huge fan base and are used to the cameras
ReplyDeleteThey would hardly cancel episodes already filmed just because they wanted them in a scripted show. The Bates have become a liability, like the Duggars. The commonality is the IBLP. Gil Bates is one of the leaders of the organization.
DeleteSomething’s up. I don’t think this is the last of the Bates. Bates statement said that they’re excited for the network
ReplyDeleteThat's really sad! We have seen all of them and was looking forwards to all of the weddings. We love you guys. Blessings!
ReplyDeleteWow.
ReplyDeleteHowever, there comes a time when some things must end. I think it is for the best. Especially for them personally.
Wasn't UP already filming over the last year? And now we won't see Lawson and Tiffany's wedding either, which I was imagining would be as over-the-top as their engagement in Italy.
ReplyDeleteNo worries. I'm sure one of the Bates will put it all on YouTube.
DeleteI just wrote UPTV a note and asked them to reconsider their decision. If every fan of the show were to do the same, they would change their decision. Go to UPTV.com and send them a message asking them to reconsider!
ReplyDeleteYes! Please everyone write to UPTV and ask them to bring the Bates back!
DeleteThe Bates have become controversial for a number of reasons, especially their association with IBLP. When sponsors bail, revenue falls. Doesn't matter how popular a show may be.
DeleteI just wrote them a note! I hope they listen and start the show back up:)
DeleteCongrats to Erin and Chad on their new arrival;)
Oh no. I'm gonna miss them so much. They seem like family to me. Not happy with uptv and will not subscribe to them anymore.
ReplyDeleteMakes me sad. Keep the blog going! I love watching the family grow, change and just live life.
ReplyDeleteThat came out of nowhere. They had already announced the date of the new show.
ReplyDeleteWhat happened? This seems like a sudden change since they had a date set for season 11 to air next month.
ReplyDeleteControversy. UPTV does not want to be associated with it.
DeleteI don't believe the reasoning that's being given , I believe they were cancelled because of something else .
ReplyDeleteI agree - there is another reason they are cancelling a season that has already been filmed. Might have something to do with the docu-series coming out on Amazon later this year that is supposed to feature the Duggars, the Bates and a few others. But I am done with UPTV - won't be watching anything on there now.
DeleteI agree. The Bates husband will play a role in this. Up tv don't want a scandal like TLC.
DeleteIf there is a reason other than what's been given, it must be a good one in order for the network to pull the plug so fast. Maybe they are changing their programming content, but maybe they need to distance themselves from the Bates in a hurry. If that's the case, then will the truth of the matter ever come out?
Delete1:20 I don't think that the Bates game of Charades and derogatory reference to George Floyd helped matters.
DeleteWhat happened? It seemed like the show was filmed, edited and on track for the new season to start in February.
ReplyDeleteso... is Season 11 that is airing in Feb the last season or is that cancelled as well?
ReplyDeleteIt's all cancelled.
DeleteI would create your own shows and put them up on Daily Motion, Godtv, youtube, and so on and monetize it. This way you can have some people doing Crafting shows, others do Bible study, or tour the world or whatever you come up with. Blessings!
ReplyDeleteSo sad. I was looking forward to a new season. :-(
ReplyDeleteAfter what happened with the Duggars, I guess UP decided not to continue. I’m not making any allegations, so be calm! I also read there’s a documentary coming out about their religious group which may not be flattering. It’s back to the real world for them. I hope they saved some of that money! I doubt we’ll be seeing extravagant vacations now! It had to end sometime.
ReplyDeleteYeah, poor Trace and Lydia will have to get engaged at Pigeon Forge!
DeleteI would have hoped that the producers would have vetted the Bates before ever making the decision to put them on the air. But a lot has happened (come out) since then for the Duggars, the Bates, and their religious group. The speed with which the network just did a 180 on this program is indeed curious.
DeleteIt was announced for February 10th. Are they not going to show those already filmed.? Katie's wedding, Nathan's wedding 😢
ReplyDeleteNo. It was announced that the show is done.
DeleteI've enjoyed the show over the years. It may have been canceled because the TV show is way behind. Between the instagram, facebook and youtubes the Bates family posts, we would be seeing "old" stuff.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure we missed a lot since the family wasn't free to post certain events due to their contract with UpTV.
The Bates family carry some recent controversy. I think that's why this decision came so abruptly.
DeleteI am very disappointed to read this news. Something is happening that we don't know about. Why not show the season they had ready and announce it would not be renewed next season ???? I was so looking forward to seeing Nathan and Ester's wedding. No more UPTV for me!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI am so disappointed. It would have made a lot more sense to air this season that was already filmed and then cancel it. It was one of my favorite shows, the only one I watch on UP TV.
ReplyDeleteI’m thinking that the new scripted show has something to with the Bates. Sudden cancellation plus news of a new show yet to be revealed? Sounds like they’re hyping people up for something
ReplyDeleteAny one who has every enjoyed the show needs to write a message to UP TV and ask them to please change there minds!
ReplyDeleteFinancially, this can't be good for Gil and Kelly, who still have several children to raise. I am not sure if Gil can even do the tree business anymore? He isn't young and had a shoulder injury. The older adult children will be ok, but might have to change their lifestyles a bit.
ReplyDeleteThey couldn't have believed the show would last forever. Not even until the youngest was raised. TV shows just don't last that long anymore, especially the reality shows. And to be honest, this show seemed to have become nothing but courtship and engagement extravaganzas, weddings and births. It was the same story just with a different kid. And the adult kids hopefully were self-supporting already.
DeletePerhaps UP TV I has been made aware of something about the Bates that has not gone public yet.
ReplyDeleteI am hoping the facts will come out and the Bates will be on the right side of the circumstances and season 11 will finally be aired, along with a season 12 and 13 and…
I am so sad we need good wholesome television, our society dictates what it wants and what is on the television Crime drama investigation is leading our youth to commit these crimes . I am cancelling my subscription and I hope and pray another network picks you up
ReplyDeleteI think the Reality TV Mega Family formula has become tired and tainted. They had a good run and should be grateful for that. Time to move on.
ReplyDeleteUm why? This is sudden, and the show had great ratings.
ReplyDeleteSo sad to hear. Unfortunately ungodly programming is invading every media. Wholesome programming is being pushed aside and denied. Thank you for always glorifying God in your series. Keep pressing in to the Lord. Your family is a refreshing reflection of God's love.
ReplyDeleteYet there were many things the members of this family did or said outside of the program that did not reflect that love.
DeleteThey’re not as perfect as you’d think.
ReplyDeleteI agree. People are overlooking things. I'm not surprised by UP's decision. I am surprised by the timing of it though.
DeleteNo one is perfect except Jesus!
DeleteThere must be a reason for this. The season was ready to air and they had so much big events. Weddings and childeren. But 2 of them where in DC the 6th of Januar. And the clip of Carlin was not ok. As a Christian I did not agree on that. Also they do not seem to have a diverse background with friends.
ReplyDeleteNot a surprising announcement... given that they've all been starting YouTube channels (the Duggars too). My guess is they've known for a while... At least with YouTube each little family can make their own videos on their own time and earn their own money. It's a good next step for all of them.
ReplyDeleteI'm heartbroken. This was my favorite show. Will miss it dearly.
ReplyDeleteI am very disappointed! There are NOT many good CLEAN shows on tv anymore. This family has good values and I respect that!! Thank You BATES Family! Hope to watch you on another channel.
ReplyDeleteI would encourage everybody that is very sad and disappointed by this decision to email Hcampos@UPtv.com and let him know how sad you are over this decision they have made so abruptly. I just did that. In a kind way. But I wanted them to know how heartbroken I am over their decision to take off such a clean and God centered family to replace it with a scripted television show that are a dime a dozen on other networks. Well I did not say it in that way. I said it as kindly as I could.😔😢
ReplyDeletePosted this and I’m sorry I believe it should be HCampos@UPtv.com,
DeleteI had posted above an incorrect email address, it should be
DeleteHCampos@UPtv.com
To email and just let them know that you are very sad that they made this quick decision, we were all expecting it to be on in February. And asking them to please reconsider at least having one more season so maybe another television station can pick it up after that because it is a very popular TV show!
The Bates were a ray of sunshine in a very scary world that we live in and they took it away for no reason just like that. So sad. So thankful that God is in control during sad times in life.
Clean and God-centered? Are you positive?
DeleteYour protest was countered by many people doing the same, only over the Charades game at a Bates family gathering and the offensive reference to George Floyd. It was a shameful display of ignorance.
DeleteSo who will pay for Lawson wedding now?🤣
ReplyDeleteTiffany’s parents.
DeleteMO- He should have gotten married in Italy. That might be the last freebee this family will get. :o)
DeleteLawson's bride-to-be's FAMILY will pay for their daughters' wedding. DUH!
DeleteTiffany's family.
DeleteGood bye UPTV.!! Only reason I watch UP is see the Bringing up Bates show..
ReplyDeleteSo much for up faith and family.
I'm hoping the Duggar fiasco was a wake-up call for all networks to stop exploiting these big families and stop trying to make any reality show family look picture perfect. It hasn't worked in the past. I can't think of one big family that hasn't left their program behind due to some personal problem.
ReplyDeleteI feel sorry for you. Misguided
Delete🙌
DeleteFor UPTV to cancel so abruptly and not even air the season that had been filmed is very telling. I would not be surprised if there are a number of contributing factors to this decision:
ReplyDelete- The upcoming Amazon series about the controversial IBLP. The Duggars have a long history with this organization and Gil Bates is part of the hierarchy.
- Carlin had posted footage of a family game of charades in which there was an offensive reference to George Floyd and UPTV had filmed this. Apparently it gained traction and quite a bit of deserved criticism.
- Josh Duggar's guilty verdict. Again, the link to IBLP.
- The controversial content of some of Gil Bates' sermons.
UPTV won't confirm anything. However, it stands to reason they want to distance themselves from any contention and are learning from TLC's mistakes. I think the days of glorifying anti-birth control fundamentalist families are over.
Let's hope so!
DeleteIDK. It probably has to do with ratings and sponsors rather than any specific thing the Bates posted or preached.
DeleteI wonder if UP TV is going to stop airing reruns of the ‘Gilmore Girls?’ Thank Goodness my mother and I just renewed our Netflix account!
ReplyDeleteNo .. I just signed up for UpTv to watch this show only..Time yo cancel UpTv
ReplyDeleteI'm in complete SHOCK!!
ReplyDeleteThis is a severe punch in the gut!!
I will NEVER land my tv channel on UPTv again😭
good bye uptv, only reason I paid for you is because of this show.
ReplyDeleteThe movies that I have seen on UPTV weren't that great. The only reason I watched UP was for the Bates. I even paid to watch on Amazon Prime when I cancelled Direct TV a year ago. What a shame. They should at least air the last season. As for some of you who seem to be giddy about the Bates family losing income, jealousy is most likely the reason and you need to take a good look in the mirror to see what you have become and change before it's too late.
ReplyDeleteI will truly miss this show! The Bates family is a loving and supportive family that prays together, works together, laugh and play together, and always treat each other with respect! Now more than ever, we all need to have more positive role models! Hope another Network picks up the show! Best Wishes to the Bates family!
ReplyDeleteYes
DeleteYou all need to quit acting like its the end of the world. Trust me UPTV will gone on with or without you.
ReplyDeleteI love this family and show and was counting down for new season. I am so disappointed in UPtv. I don't understand why they won't show what has already been filmed?? Shame on you UPtv. Big mistake.
ReplyDeleteI am also so very sad about this. I am tired of networks cancelling programs that actually have good values.
ReplyDeleteNever will I watch UP again.
ReplyDeleteI think the video where "George Floyd" was yelled out is why they were cancelled.
ReplyDeleteI think this decision comes from those much higher up than the UP tv channel.
ReplyDeleteTimes are changing for those in any way involved with preaching and the gospel.
Bringing up Bates will most likely be early on the list of shows to take the hit.
Unfortunately, Lawson, Trace and Carlin added fuel to the fire.
What a sad day! I love this precious family. There are very few clean shows on TV to actually watch. please reconsider removing a God loving family. I wish all the Bates a wonderful future!
ReplyDeleteI just cancelled my subscription to UP Faith and Family! Your show was the only show I watched anyway, so it was a no brainer. Save myself a few bucks every month and watch the kids/family on YouTube!
ReplyDeleteUPTV is trying to compete with Hallmark for mushy love movies. Enjoyed your family very much. Wish you all the best -Jeremiah 29:11.
ReplyDeleteWHAT??!??!?!?! Nooooo, I was so looking forward to the season premiere :( Will they still be showing the new season at least? I sure hope so! I hope they can be picked up by another network.
ReplyDeleteWoohoo, yeah! I'm glad the show is finally cancelled!!
ReplyDelete
