It has been quite some time since we have posted an updated picture of Jadon. Zach and Whitney's fourth child is already seven months old! Jadon is the 16th Bates grandchild, and No. 20 will arrive before he turns one year old.
Zach and Whitney Bates sold their house a few months ago and are living with Gil and Kelly as they work on their fixer upper.

He is so cute and happy!
ReplyDeleteAwe so sweet
ReplyDeleteAww,he's so cute.π❤ I love that he's such a bald headed babyπ©π¦²πΆπΌ Hope Zac and Whitney get their house done soon. Seems like all the married Bates couples are doing fixer upper houses lately like Carlin and Evan currently and just this past year Alyssa and John and Katie and Travis. Are their any other Bates couples remodeling new or current houses right now?
ReplyDeleteThey're not Bates, but Jessa and Ben Seewald are renovating a fixer upper.
DeleteZack and Whitney announced they also bought a new home.
DeleteWhat a beautiful family. It makes sense that they'd need to move in with Gil and Kelly. Zach has no job (other than occasional tree work) and Whitney doesn't seem to be doing realtor work any longer--no wonder with four kids. It's unclear if the boutique earns profits, and even if it does, divided by three people it cannot be a lot. I hope this lovely young couple hasn't fallen on hard times for too long.
ReplyDeleteππππ
DeleteIt's pretty common to move in with the parents if you've bought a fixer upper. You probably have to sell your present home to be able to buy another home, to access your equity. And then when you can't move into your new house because you're either building or you're renovating, it's hard to find a short-term rental! I know a few people that have moved in with the parents for a few months.
DeleteYou are either a troll or completely unaware of the high - income that top-rated reality show families earn. If you had any knowledge of retail marketing, you would know clothing has to be purchased in large lots. That takes a large capital investment. Their clothing business is exploding. Many families have other families move in temporarily while new homes are being constructed or renovated. Me thinks you are a TROLL!
DeleteWhy are comments like this posted? A couple who can afford to buy and fix up a new house hasn't "fallen on hard times." π
DeleteDear OP, they are reality tv stars, they earn money from that! You should ask YOURSELF why does it bothers you SO much? It's ok for life to be easy, no harm in that!
DeleteWhat a beautiful little boy! He looks so healthy and happy.
ReplyDeleteThey've moved in with their parents? In their 30's? Why not rent something so as not to impose others? I suppose poor Addie and Ellie will be called upon to be constant babysitters.
ReplyDeleteTheir parents house is so big, I'm sure they're not "imposing" on anyone. And even if Addie and Ellie babysit, I wouldn't call that "poor" because I'm sure they enjoy babysitting their nieces and nephews.
DeleteMaybe his parents offered.
DeleteHard to find a rental for just a few months. Usually rentals are a one year lease. Zach and Whitney probably need only a few months.
DeleteThey bought another house that’s being renovated. Judgmental much?
Deletecheaper then renting which cost money and for all we know maybe kelly and gil insisted that they live with them and its a big house with enough bedrooms and 8 bathrooms
DeleteWhy do we always assume Addie and Ellie want to spend their days babysitting their many nieces and nephews? Teen girls can have lots of other interests. Do Addie and Ellie play sports, have hobbies, go out with friends? They just finished cleaning/babysitting at the Websters and I'm sure the other families call on them frequently for help. I hope they have time for their other interests, whatever they may be.
DeleteThey have been visiting their married siblings a lot lately so I don't think they are looking after anyones children
DeleteMost of their married siblings have children. And Addie and Ellie are babysitter-age. They certainly babysat a lot when visiting the Websters. Nothing wrong with that, once in a while, but what other things do these girls do?
DeleteSuch a cute picture! Looks like a mama's boy;)
ReplyDeleteCute Baby! Happy Mamma!
ReplyDeleteBaby Jadon is a cutie. Whitney looks amazing for being such a busy woman...has four kids, homeschools, is renovating a house, works at the boutique, and can still look like this!!!! She is organized!!!!!
ReplyDeleteShe has help! And It's totally ok to pay for help and ask for help. Try it, hire a housekeeper or a cleaner once a week, not only is it really helpful, but makes you feel sensational so it triples your energy ;)
Delete10:45 There's no arguing that hiring housekeeper help is okay and if someone can afford it, that's great. Not everyone has the luxury of doing so, however.
DeleteHelp is not a luxury, it's less expensive than you think. Most people are afraid to look lazy to their circle and that's why they use the excuse of money. It takes strenght to hire help, and give yourself permission to enjoy it.
DeleteHow sweet. Can't wait for the new season to start. Thank you all for being a great Godly family example.
ReplyDeleteJadon is so Precious. Beautiful picture. Zach & Whitney are staying with his parents temporarily while they renovate their house they just bought. Zach works with his Dad's tree cutting company full time.
ReplyDeleteThe tree-cutting business is not a full-time business that can support two families. Try googling it and see. It has no internet presence at all. Besides, Gil is far too old to be cutting trees, it's unlikely he is doing this, even Zach is almost too old to do so.
Delete6:54, an internet presence doesn't mean they don't advertise in old-fashioned ways like print or local advertising. Plus word of mouth. It's not a new business.
DeleteWhy are their mean comments on here I thought that wasn't allowed
DeleteJadon looks like big brother and Mom what a beautiful family
ReplyDeleteZach is a wonderful husband and father, but I do not think he is cutting trees. I had some trees cut in my yard recently. The workers have to climb up the tree to cut off the branches. They do this while carrying heavy power tools. It is back-breaking work for the young and very strong. It's unlikely either Gil or Zach are cutting trees.
ReplyDeleteSo they just made it up that they cut trees? Don't think so.
DeleteI don’t think 57-year old Gil is climbing trees with a chain saw strapped to his back day after day. Maybe some of the teen sons, though they spend a lot of time working for Chad.
DeleteAwww such a sweet Blessing!
ReplyDeleteHe is absolutely darling! Give him an extra hug from me! We don't have any "little" guys or gals in the family anymore!
ReplyDeleteBy the way what happened to JJ? Haven't heard about or seen him since he was first introduced?
I hope Zack & Whitney can afford to continue with their new home now that the TV income is gone. She had better 'up' her YouTube or start one asap. Zack needs to go back to a real/benefitted J.O.B.
ReplyDeleteI love watching your whole family and im so sorry you guys wont be returning for another season its such a joy to see you all . i guess i will have to look at you tube to keep up. God bless you all
ReplyDeleteWit U make the cutest π kids ever!!!!!
ReplyDeleteZach doesn't look like he can scale a a tree any longer, or sit up on a limb cutting branches. I wonder how they survive financially?
