The Bates couples seem to enjoy making videos addressing the assumptions about them that other people have. The latest one is from Trace and Lydia, who are eagerly awaiting the arrival of Ryker Cruise Bates next month. Their assumptions video is 23 minutes long and was just uploaded yesterday. The link is below, and we also included the links to past videos from other Bates couples.

Trace’s poor grammar skills aren’t a very good reflection of homeschooling!
ReplyDeletePoor grammar is not limited to the homeschooled. lol
DeleteSigh. Another video about "assumptions". Pretty much the same old some old.
ReplyDeleteMaybe they think people assuming incorrect things about them gets tiresome too.
Delete2:46 They're just reusing another "influencer" topic in order to have content. If it's not "Our Gender Reveal" or "Our Birth Story," it's "Ordering the Same Meal as the Person in Front of Me in the Drive-through."
DeleteI think these are nice young couples, but since they were born on 3rd base in life I don't understand why they believe they've hit a triple.
ReplyDeleteWhat does that even mean? Lol
DeleteWhy don't they find something to do beside worry about what other people might think of them?
ReplyDeleteI liked it. I watched Roy Rogers, Chuck Norris and John Wayne too! Very glad they're going to homeschool. Kudos to them for not drinking alcohol. It never did good in my family. My grandparents divorced...angry and abusive stuff. One thing: I don't understand why my generation has little to do with cooking. I make everything from scratch. Everything. I grow tomatoes and make sauce. I grind wheat to make my bread. I never make cookies, muffins, cakes or brownies from a package. Or pies. Lasagna is a lot of work but it tastes better then frozen from the store. The only thing i don't home make is pizza. You can't beat Papa Murphys. Otherwise I like to know what ingredients are in my food. All organic non-gmo food for me! As much as i possibly can!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised you don't make your own pizza! I've done it a few times, but my husband's the main pizza maker here.
DeleteMy sister has done it three times. In fact she wants to make up a whole bunch of homemade pizzas to freeze for winter. So what shall we call that... Squirrel style pizza? Anyway, pizza around here has always been a quick fix for the "I don't feel like making anything" days. So homemade kinda defeats that. Hahaha!
