It has been one week since Jackson Bates married Emerson Wells. Now that the Bates are no longer on reality TV, family weddings won't be publicly featured in the way they once were. However, a few of the Bates siblings have posted YouTube videos that include footage from Jackson and Emerson's big day.
Katie and Travis Clark uploaded a video that shows their flight, trip to Disney World, and the wedding. The Websters' video includes preparations with various family members, as well as wedding footage. Trace and Lydia Bates' video features their road trip and shots from the wedding.
Nice videos! It looks like the Bates pulled off another gorgeous wedding. Jackson is handsome and looks so much like his Dad. Emerson was a beautiful bride and looked so happy. Congratulations!

DeleteI really miss the show, the family is genuine and inspirational. Gil and Kelly are wonderful parents, very understanding and they really listen and take their kids feelings into consideration.

ReplyDeleteSuch ridiculous silliness regarding the dancing issue. How is something "not ok" then suddenly it is "ok" in God's eyes. Obviously, the Bates parents were unnecessarily severe with their children when growing up. They should apologize to them for mistreating them all of these years. I saw the video/photo of Kelly and her son dancing...there was the tent with all of the tables for the reception outside and no one was sitting or standing there. Why is that?

DeleteRemember, back when the Bates children were small; Gil and JimBob were buddies and IBLP followers. I think both influenced Gil and Kelly’s parenting. Recently, it appears that friendships/connection has waned and, at least, some of the adult children are making different choices.
